Rancho Relaxo is a thoughtfully planned and custom-built A-frame with an open floor plan on the edge of the Mt. Hood National Forest. It’s a great getaway for groups of friends, couples looking to spend a romantic weekend in the mountains, people looking for solitude, skiers, outdoor enthusiasts, musicians, and families.
If you’re lying around on an exquisitely comfortable sectional sofa, drink whisky next to one of the fireplaces, find a new favorite book in our library, or use Rancho Relaxo as a base camp for adventures that we know you’re going to have an awesome weekend.
Kitchen features an electric oven / range, a mixer, a toaster, all the ingredients for home-cooked meals, and a coffee grinder + a French press to make that delicious coffee you picked up in Portland. In the winter, you’ll feel so warm and comfortable with a hot cup of tea next to the propane stove.
Living room has an enormous couch and a wood-burning insert in a basal stone fireplace, and an exquisite vintage Benny Ourain rug from our friends in Portland-Kat & Maouche. There is NO TELEVISION, but there are a lot of games and books, and the wifi is fast and secure if you want to spend some time on your internet computer.
2- Rustic Little Log Cabin In The Woods\
This is a cozy, rustic historic cabin nestled on a ranch in the woods. Made of the logs from the land on which it sits. It’s quiet, comfortable and great for a romantic getaway. A loft bedroom with a bathtub and reading room. Comfortable king size bed and a deck off star gazing bedroom.
Downstairs living space is open living room and kitchen with gas fireplace. Yeah, and a loo! A TV with a DVD for late night snuggles. And board games to have fun. Keep an eye out, and you can see a lot of animals and wildlife. For those of you history buffs, next to historic Burlington Northern tracks with occasional train locations. One or two trains are close at night.

To the Falls of Tumalo. Skiing, snowshoeing, climbing, mountain biking on unlimited trails. Fire pit, swimming dock, kayaks, canoes, SUPs, snowshoes are free of charge. Catch & let go of fishing.
